2. Data we collect

When you submit an application, we collect your name, email address, selected role and any optional information you provide, such as social handle, country, audience size and message. We also process limited technical data necessary to operate and protect the website.

3. Why we use it

We use application data to manage the founding waiting list, evaluate creator and brand applications, contact applicants about the pilot and prevent duplicate or abusive submissions. The legal basis is your request to join the program and, where applicable, your consent.

4. Storage and recipients

Data is stored using service providers necessary to host and operate the website. It is not sold. Access is limited to authorised people and providers acting under appropriate data-protection obligations.

5. Retention

Applications are retained for the duration of the founding pilot and, unless a further relationship begins or the law requires otherwise, for no longer than 12 months after the last relevant contact. You may ask us to delete your application sooner.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Write to hello@oneunreleased.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority, including the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

7. Cookies and automated decisions

This pilot does not use advertising or profiling cookies and does not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means. Essential technical functions may be used to deliver and protect the service.

8. Changes

We may update this notice as the pilot evolves. The current version and its date will always be available on this page.
