1. Operator

ONE × UNRELEASED is a pilot project operated by H.B.N. LUXURY SRLS, VAT number 18133061004. Contact: hello@oneunreleased.com.

2. Nature of the pilot

The website presents an early-stage concept and collects expressions of interest from prospective members, creators and brands. Joining the list is free and does not create a right to admission, employment, compensation, investment, a prize or access to any future service.

3. Applications

You must provide accurate information and submit only for yourself or an organisation you are authorised to represent. We may accept, refuse or remove an application when necessary to protect the pilot, applicants or third parties.

4. Concept content

Names, examples, statistics, mockups, drops and earning figures shown on the website illustrate the intended product experience. They are not current offers, guarantees or promises of earnings. Features may change before launch.

5. Acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing material, attempt to interfere with the website, impersonate another person or use automated systems to submit applications.

6. Intellectual property

The website, branding and original content belong to their respective rights holders. Submitting an application does not transfer ownership of your existing names, handles, messages or other materials.

7. Future programs

Any paid membership, creator monetisation, challenge, prize, product drop or brand campaign will be governed by separate terms communicated before participation.
